Please note that if you cancel after 10 a.m. on the day before the booked appointment or do not show up, the full amount of the treatment fee will be charged (physiotherapy, medical massage) ( for those with a season ticket, the session will be deducted). In case of illness, we will accept your cancellation upon presentation of a medical certificate . Thank you for your understanding!
