My name is Klára Boróka Módli, I graduated in 2024 from the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Debrecen. Movement has always played a very important role in my life, as I did gymnastics competitively for 12 years. This is where I learned how important it is to keep your muscles and joints in the best possible condition. I would like to help as many people as possible to live a full life and not let injuries and pain hinder their freedom of movement .
