Pediatric Surgery Private Outpatient Clinic in Budapest
Pediatric surgery is a medical specialty that applies surgical and traumatological procedures and interventions specifically tailored to childhood. During childhood, the continuous development and rapid growth of the body often require a different approach to problem-solving than in adults. At the same time, numerous conditions are characteristic specifically of childhood and adolescence, which also require child-friendly surgical solutions.
Why should you visit our private outpatient clinic?

- No waiting time. You choose when and where you would like to come for the examination. If necessary, we can receive you immediately or within 1-2 days. We expect you at the agreed appointment time, so there is no waiting at the clinic either.
- We apply the most modern therapies for your musculoskeletal complaints. We use medication or natural therapies without medication, and surgical solutions when necessary.
- We provide comprehensive rehabilitation, which is the key to more effective recovery. The focus is on physiotherapy, therapeutic massage, physical therapy: ultrasound therapy, shockwave therapy, laser treatment, etc.

In our private clinic, our pediatric surgeon welcomes young patients with the following complaints:
Childhood chest deformities: funnel chest (pectus excavatum), pigeon chest (pectus carinatum)
abnormal inward depression/outward protrusion of the sternum and ribs. Beyond the aesthetic problem, it can also lead to the development of other complaints, so it is important to consult a specialist. If necessary, our specialist will provide information during the consultation about the possibilities of minimally invasive surgical correction.
Inguinal hernia, testicular descent problems, appendectomy, wandering spleen, abdominal and pelvic laparoscopic surgeries
modern, minimally invasive procedures in which the intervention is performed through smaller 1-2 cm incisions instead of open surgery with large incisions. With this method, the surgical burden on the child is reduced and the recovery time is significantly shortened.
Phimosis and other foreskin problems
these can be congenital or acquired problems that can even lead to severe inflammation. During the examination, our specialist will provide information about the necessary steps regarding foreskin adhesion and phimosis. We only recommend surgical solutions in justified cases!
Childhood knee joint arthroscopy
minor accidents, possibly sports injuries, often occur in childhood, during which the knee is injured. A comprehensive assessment and resolution of the problem often requires arthroscopic intervention.
Mole removal
routine intervention, upon recommendation by a dermatologist.
Ingrown toenail
specialist consultation and, if necessary, surgical treatment.
Second opinion

Pediatric trauma surgery follow-up, suture removal
In case of fracture treatment, establishing the least burdensome immobilization plan for the child, prescribing, applying, and instructing on the use of necessary medical aid devices.

- We organize the examinations recommended by the specialist (laboratory test, X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI) for our patients and ensure the necessary examinations are conducted within 24-72 hours at our partner institutions, where the best diagnostic equipment and specialists await our patients.
- We receive the medical reports in electronic format.
