About

For me, movement has always been more than just a physical activity – it is a source of self-expression, an opportunity for growth and inner balance. I’ve been active in sports since I was a kid; I played judo for almost 10 years, then American football for 5 years , and later I got a taste of boxing. An athletic injury and its rehabilitation turned my attention to physiotherapy.

I studied at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Pécs, Zalaegerszeg campus, where I graduated in 2025 . Prior to that, I obtained a medical masseur’s qualification. Already during my university years I had the opportunity to study and work as a masseur in a spinal therapy centre and with several sports teams , where I was introduced to different areas of prevention, regeneration and rehabilitation. As a physiotherapist, I spent six months as a physiotherapist in the Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Department of the St. Borbala Hospital in Tatabánya.

In my work, I strive for precise, analytical thinking, closely linked to the ability to sensitively attune to the patient. I try to maintain this through constant communication and feedback. I work with a systemic, holistic approach; I look not only for symptoms but also for the underlying causes and tailor therapy accordingly.

I believe that healing is not just a physical process. The body and the nervous system are closely linked, so I believe it is important to create a safe, supportive environment and to actively involve the patient in their own healing process. For me, the goal is not just to reduce pain, but to restore functional freedom and achieve a long-term sustainable condition.

I am particularly interested in manual therapy, osteopathy, sports rehabilitation, functional training and a deeper understanding of the nervous system . I plan to continue my studies at the Holistic Medicine Foundation (Barvicsenko manual therapy).

In my free time I like to spend time in nature, hiking and exercising, but it’s the meaningful conversations and learning new things that really fill me up. I like to explore new places, travel and occasionally step out of my comfort zone, even through more extreme challenges.

I believe that authentic professional work is based on self-identity, consistency and the inner need to always understand a little better what we do. My motto: ” In endless learning lies teaching.”
