About

I am Kinga Plell, physiotherapist and physiotherapist. I graduated from the Faculty of Physiotherapy at Semmelweis University in 2018.

My main areas of expertise are rheumatology and orthopedics, e.g. spinal complaints, herniated discs, hip, knee and ankle pain, complaints during recreational sports activities.

Sport and exercise have been an integral part of my life since childhood. My main sports are running, cycling, wall climbing, via ferrata, volleyball and martial arts. I can also help with complaints in these areas from my own experience. I also attach great importance to recovery after sport.

When I was in high school , I took a massage course and found that I liked to take care of others, to deal with their complaints and to provide solutions to their problems. Because of this, I decided to study to become a physiotherapist after graduation. My experience in massage showed me that I was interested in manual techniques, so after graduating from university I started training in Holistic Medicine Manual Therapy (Barvichenko ). However, in 2020, due to the outbreak of the epidemic, I had to interrupt this, so the training is still ongoing.

I worked in a private outpatient clinic for a year and a half, and then for a year at the Balatonfüred Heart Hospital. The assembly-line work made it difficult to give my patients the dedication they needed, so I quit my job and started treating patients privately for a few hours a week . I went back to university to study a profession that included problem solving as much as physiotherapy. Now I work full time as a programmer. As a part-time therapist, I am able to maintain the human aspect of the physiotherapy profession: caring for others, which has always been important to me.

I place great emphasis on professional development, so I regularly attend conferences and training courses to keep my knowledge up to date and to apply the latest therapeutic techniques to my patients. Functional training and manual therapy principles provide a holistic approach, helping to find the cause of the problem, rather than symptomatic treatment. My wide range of interests helps me to be more open and accepting towards my patients. It is important for me to find the most appropriate therapy for the individual, which can be integrated into their daily life.
