Blockage

Blockage
Low back pain can also be caused by abnormal changes in a component of the spine, such as wear and tear of the facet joints between the vertebrae. For some reason, the load on the small joints connecting the vertebrae at the back is increased, accelerating the natural wear and tear that can lead to joint pain.
These complaints can usually be treated conservatively, with medication, exercise and physiotherapy. Sometimes, however, this therapy does not have the desired effect, so it seems more appropriate to treat the source of the pain by injecting an anti-inflammatory serum into the appropriate site of the joint in question , a procedure known as a small joint blockade.
