About

Hi, I'm Zselyke Tiboldi, physiotherapist-physiotherapist. I graduated in 2024 in Cluj-Napoca, at the Faculty of Physiotherapy and Special Movement Skills of BBTE. I am currently pursuing my studies at the Master of Human Kinesiology at PTE, where I am further deepening my knowledge in movement science and rehabilitation.

I have gained professional experience in home care and private physiotherapy classes, mainly in the field of orthopaedic, traumatological and neurological rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation. Besides physiotherapy, I have a passion for reformer pilates, which I have been teaching for over four years, and through which I aim to share the joy of movement and to make people love conscious, controlled movement. This is the approach I take in my group reformer pilates and spinal classes, as well as in my physiotherapy classes.

In the course of my work, I place great importance on patient education and developing a positive attitude towards exercise. I believe that the basis for lasting improvement is a complex identification of problems and an understanding of their true causes. Along these lines, I strive to design a personalised, targeted exercise programme for each case, focusing not only on symptom relief but also on long-term quality of life improvement. It is important to me that, by working together, my patients become active participants in their own rehabilitation and become more confident in using movement in their daily lives.
