About
My aim is to give my patients back the health they needed to resume their previous lives as soon as possible...
In 1986 I graduated cum laude from the Semmelweis Medical University with a medical degree.
With 30 years of professional experience and 4 professional exams, until the beginning of 2019, I worked at the Honvéd Hospital, one of the best hospitals in the country, as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Department of Trauma Surgery, Hand Surgery.
I studied hand surgery in Israel in 1995, in Finland in 1999 and in Germany in 2011.
As a military doctor, I have been on 7 deployments to multi-national military hospitals in the war in Afghanistan since 2005. I have spent an average of 6 months in the missions and worked as a combat surgeon within NATO.
I have presented 16 times as first author, several times as co-author at congresses of traumatology, hand surgery and plastic surgery, one of my several publications is a chapter in a textbook published in English and a chapter in a Hungarian textbook is also a notable mention.
I regularly attend postgraduate training courses and have given lectures myself in medical, specialist and military training.
I am of course a member of several professional societies.
I know that diseases of the hands and feet affect the quality of daily life the most. In addition to affecting the comfort of the body, the complaints also affect the way you work. My aim is to restore my patients to the health they were able to resume their previous life with as soon as possible, but in every way possible, to achieve a qualitative improvement in the condition.
At the Budapest Musculoskeletal Private Clinic, I primarily treat accidentally injured patients - with fresh or older injury-related complaints - as well as fresh or chronic hand patients.

- WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE?
It's always the first question I get asked. As a child I don't know what I wanted to be, I suppose I was a soldier and I was. I know that I have been a doctor, which I am now: a traumatologist, a hand surgeon, that's what I like to be. I have always trained myself and I am still training myself to be among the best. - 30 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
is behind me. I couldn't count how many illnesses and patients I have encountered in this long time. My patients and I have learned cooperate, trust, hard work and knowledge, which we work together to restore people to their pre-illness state. - MODERN TECHNIQUES
is essential in the healing process. Already during consultations I try to use them to inform my patients about their illness so that they fully understand it, as this is the basis for setting up a treatment plan together. - I'M A SURGEON, BUT I DON'T OPERATE UNLESS I HAVE TO
When a disease can be treated conservatively, I recommend it to my patients. We only resort to surgery when it is unavoidable. We discuss the options, see which solution fits the patient's life, time and work and plan together. - OUR HANDS ARE VERY IMPORTANT
our body part. We only notice it when there is a problem, until then it is natural to have it and it works well. For me, there is no greater professional pleasure than recreate the gesture of grasping objects, the fingers for writing, or pain-free peace of mind at night to give by eliminating the disease.
