About
I believe that healing is based on trust, empathy and collaboration.
As a paediatric and neuro-orthopaedic specialist, my aim is to, to children with musculoskeletal problems in modern, provide gentle solutions, and in the long term give back the joy of free movement. My career choice was guided by perseverance, humanity and a desire to help; my interest in physics-mechanics led me early on to an understanding of how the kinetic system works. My medical degree from the University of Szeged in my thesis on the long-term outcomes of hip replacement transplantation.
Professional I gained my experience in Hungary and Germany, I worked for more than ten years leading paediatric orthopaedic centres. Most recently at the Munich Schön Clinic for Paediatrics and Neuroorthopaedics I have performed minimally invasive and complex surgeries, and I have been actively involved in training and mentoring young colleagues. Regular I am a speaker at international conferences; My scientific work is focused on paediatric orthopaedic deformities and advanced surgical procedures. As a member of professional societies (MOT, DGOU, Neuroortho) I work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
My focus areas include the minimally invasive correction of paediatric foot deformities and axial deviations, advanced diagnosis and treatment of hip dysplasia, complex therapy of spastic mobility disorders, and surgical treatment of congenital and acquired deformities. A always created an atmosphere of trust: the treatment plan is developed together with parents to every step of the recovery journey is clear and safe.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature - hiking, cycling - DIY and football; these experiences give me a balance to the intense daily life of my profession. My previous job was praised for its „dedication and professionalism” - an approach I will continue to take, providing personalised, empathetic and dedicated care for every child and family.
