Your place is in the BMM,

Confident communication and negotiation skills with medical partners
Knowledge of customer management and sales processes
Confident use of CRM systems, Excel, Word and presentation tools

Experience and qualifications required
University degree (Communication, Commerce, Marketing BA/BSc)
Category B driving licence and own car an advantage
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the healthcare field (telephone or B2B is an advantage).
It is important for us to combine professional knowledge with precision, responsibility and empathy.
You don't have to be perfect at everything, as we will support you throughout your learning and professional development, but we expect you to be an active part of the diagnostic process.

Integration process
In the first 3 months, you will be expected to learn about BMM's operations and services, and to get used to the day-to-day sales processes.

Expected Performance Indicators
Your performance will be assessed in the long term based on customer satisfaction indicators and the sales results you achieve. This includes the number of new partners you acquire, the retention and activity rate of existing customer relationships, the achievement of sales targets and the quality and level of feedback you receive from customers.

- who brings in new customers (general practitioners, specialists, surgeries) by phone and in person,
- who receives inquiries (leads) are managed, tracked and maintained,
- who arranges appointments, organise and run meetings,
- who builds relationships and nurture existing customer base,
- who is tracking the sales process, managing contacts and results,
- who is actively working meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Everyone in the BMM team works in close cooperation. The sales representative is in daily contact with:
- with your line manager,
- with marketing and administrative colleagues,
- with doctors and practice partners,
- and with the diagnostic and therapeutic departments to ensure smooth communication and patient journey planning.
