We are looking for a Patient Coordinator!
In the life of the BMM, the patient coordinator is the direct point of contact between patients and professionals.
The aim is for patients to find the right specialist for them, and for you to help them along the road to recovery.
Your place is in the BMM,
if you have the following characteristics
Systems Biology
In your daily work, you will need to use several online systems in combination. It is therefore important to see through the system.
Prioritisation skills
Expectation of ability to switch quickly between programmes and the correct use of logical order.
Excellent communication
Most of your day-to-day work will involve communicating with people, so assertive communication is very important. Also empathy skills is also needed.
The BMM patient coordinator team works in close cooperation with the partner departments. As a patient coordinator, you will be in daily contact with your line manager, medical secretaries, therapists and of course doctors.
You're in a better position if you can do the following:
English language skills
Be able to communicate in English at a conversational level. This is essential because of the foreign patients who come to us.
High adaptability
You can expect a variety of tasks, so it's important to be flexible and adapt to the situation.
Creative problem-solving skills
Have a calm and problem-solving focus in unexpected situations.
Education
Professional qualifications and/or higher education are required.
To fill the post minimum 1 year of experience required. It is a plus if you have experience in healthcare or commerce.
As BMM is a private medical centre, it is essential to an advantage if you are interested in the world of health.

Integration process into company culture
From the first 3 months to get into the routine is the main focus. At this stage, we support you to learn to work confidently.
From first 6-10 months we trust that you will find one in your own million the project you are carrying out, for the development of the organisation and yourself. Your line manager will of course give you all the support you need.

These will be your specific tasks
As the patient coordinator, YOU will be that person,
- who is receive patients in the online and offline space
- who has a patient and site-related solve the case from start to finish
- who is carry out administrative tasks (booking management, online internal communication, invoicing)
- who can do everything at once and ability to prioritise between the tasks ahead, following a “patient first” approach
- who can accommodate the from patients positive feedback on the negative comments also and that site manages
- who is the accompany patients throughout their journey
BMM is central to your work tracking outpatient and inpatient care targets, targets and indicators. In this context, active involvement in medium and long-term projects is expected.
Daily tasks: The aim is that the patients you receive leave satisfied. You see them through their journey according to the treatment plan you have set for them and are able to help them accordingly.
You keep order around you, the you are actively involved in the focus setting at the daily meeting and during the day, the current topics discussed at the meeting you strive for the results you set for yourself every day.
Important: As a patient coordinator, it is essential to see the big picture of BMM and, mapping it onto your own job, set yourself goals with the help of your mentor.
