We're looking for you if you...

Have your higher education qualifications (HR, economics or psychology would be an advantage)

Available from minimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experience (as a generalist or as a consultant)

You are confident in your knowledge of labour law basics and you are able to apply in practice

Advantage of the English language skills and knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Nexon, SAP, Workday)

You have strong user skills MS Office, in particular Excel area

Precise, excellent communication skills you are a team player with

Main tasks of the position

If you join us, a growing private healthcare group You can be a key player in HR processes. We are looking for a colleague who precise, independent and a team player, and is able to provide both day-to-day operational management and employee support to a high standard.

What will you do?

  • a managing the full HR administration (admission, exit, contract amendments, management of personal data)
  • support recruitment processes: writing job advertisements, pre-screening, organising interviews and participating in the selection process
  • from coordinating the onboarding process and support for new entrants
  • a data required for payroll accurate collection and transmission
  • HR reports and statistics for the management
  • a Keeping HR policies up to date and ensuring compliance with labour law
