What is the “BMM Private Clinic” app and why did we create it?
BMM's appointment booking app makes it easy to book appointments with specialists in orthopaedics and rheumatology. Within the interface, you can flexibly manage your appointments and access your findings. The app allows you to keep your medical records and history at your fingertips.
Patient support was one of our main concerns when creating the BMM Private Clinic app. We've brought you a platform where you can easily and simply book your next appointment, all with just a few clicks, at any of BMM's offices nationwide.

How do you simplify the appointment booking process?
The app makes it easy and convenient to book an appointment anytime, anywhere. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, making appointments with our doctors and therapists has never been easier. Orthopaedics, paediatric orthopaedics, rheumatology, physiotherapy and other physiotherapy options are just a few clicks away.
One of the biggest advantages of the mobile app is that it helps you log in. When you enter the app, you'll find a separate tab listing the doctors and therapists you've already visited. To this list, you can also add doctors/therapists you have not yet seen but plan to see in the future.
This way, you can make another appointment with the selected professionals at any time, with just a few clicks.

How do you use it?
1. Download the app from the Google Play Store.
Once you're in the Play Store, find the app, select it and click “Install”.
2. Register or log in.
After downloading and opening the app, you can register.
Please enter the information in the text fields, accept the terms and conditions and the privacy statement. Then click on the “Save Registration” button.
3. Start using the different features!
On the home screen of the app, you will see 4 buttons.
Click on the “Find a doctor” button to select a specialist and/or physiotherapist.
Click on the “My history” button to see your previous and current test/treatment appointments.
Click on “My Doctors” to find your favourite doctors and the specialists you have already visited.
You can browse your saved files by clicking on the “My files” button.
4. Go to “Find a doctor” and select your location, specialty and doctor/therapist.
Find a specialist you like, based on location, specialisation or sympathy.
5. After choosing the right specialist, you can read more about the doctor - the picture shows Dr. Zoltán Bejek PhD.
Press “Book an appointment”.
In the window that opens, select the service that suits you best.
6. In the Calendar, choose from the available dates.
Mark the exact date that suits you by entering the time.
7. Here you can see a summary of the location, date and fee.
If you meet these conditions, proceed with the booking process.
Give us a few words on your main complaint.
Choose whether you are visiting our specialist for a “First visit”, “Check-up” or “Other”.
And by clicking on the “I'm booking on behalf of someone else” button, you can also book the appointment for your relative without having to change your user profile.
Finally, click on the “I book” button. - Welcome!
A one-time appointment change is encouraged for your booked examination and/or treatment.
Important information about booking an appointment
If you are unable to make the appointment you have already booked, please, at least 24 hours before notify us of your intention to withdraw. This gives other patients the opportunity to get the medical care they need in time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
