We are looking for a physiotherapist partner as a contractor!
In the life of a BMM, the physiotherapist is an important position that is essential for the long-term recovery of patients.
As a physiotherapist, your primary task will be to support patients in alleviating their musculoskeletal complaints and restoring their functional status using personalised therapeutic methods. You will also actively contribute to the professional success of the company by increasing the effectiveness of treatments and patient satisfaction.

if you have the following characteristics
Experience
As a physiotherapist, you have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a healthcare institution.
Prioritisation skills
Expectation of ability to switch quickly between programmes and the correct use of logical order.
Systems Biology
In your daily work, you will need to use several online systems in combination. It is therefore important to see through the system.
Communication and cooperation skills
To fill this position, you must be able to work in a team, be precise, accurate and reliable in your work and have empathy with patients.
It is an advantage if you have completed the following courses
Functional training in therapy and sports rehabilitation, Core training, Barvicsenko manual therapy training, Fascia release manual therapy training, Soft tissue manual therapy training, Schroth therapy.
Entrepreneurial approach
You must have a valid self-employed status (or be willing to become one) and be able to pay your bills. You are able to work independently and responsibly, while enjoying the security of a clinical background.
As a physiotherapist at BMM, you will be in close contact with the partner departments.
You're in a better position if you can do the following:
English language skills
Be able to communicate in English at a conversational level. This is essential because of the foreign patients who come to us.
High adaptability
You can expect a variety of tasks, so it's important to be flexible and adapt to the situation.
Creative problem-solving skills
Have a calm and problem-solving focus in unexpected situations.
Education
Professional qualifications and/or higher education are required.

Integration process into company culture
From the first 3 months to get into the routine is the main focus. At this stage, we support you to learn to work confidently.
From first 6-10 months would like you to focus on improving yourself as well as doing everyday activities. Your line manager will of course give you all the support you need.
From first 12-18 months we trust that in order to maintain your intrinsic motivational drivers, you will be able to you undertake a specific activity, which will strengthen the long-term commitment between you and BMM.

As a physiotherapist at BMM, YOU will be that person,

- to our patients. provide assistance on any questions that may arise
- who helps our patients provide complete information about our investigation/recovery process
- who belong to our patients full administration managed by, records in our systems
- who is the healer complementary physical exercises to promote
- to provide our patients with additional support with its professional expertise on any questions that may arise
Daily tasks
In addition to your duties as a physiotherapist, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice:
- Patient reception, support
- Performing administrative tasks
